Razorblade's Story - Clarksdale (2013)
The video titled “Razorblade’s Story” is a 2013 street-level, conversational documentary-style video filmed in Clarksdale, Mississippi. It features a local blues singer known as “Razorblade” who uses a dollar bill as a visual metaphor to describe life’s stages, the struggles of youth, and the journey toward wisdom. It was filmed at Morgan Freeman’s Clarksdale club called Ground Zero.
Mississippi Millie at "The Tent" (2013)
Mississippi Millie at “The Tent” is a live performance video featuring the Nashville-based blues and roots artist Mississippi Millie performing alongside the Superbad String Band. The session was filmed by Don Robertson at Nashville’s Omega Lab Sound Studios during 2013, when the studio was a highly unconventional, off-grid recording setup located on a mountain peak in the Nashville wilderness. Managed by electronic musician and engineer Tony Gerber, the operation uniquely combined a MASH-style military surplus tent with a state-of-the-art audio recording layout.
The Musictellers - Wade in the Moment
MusicTellers is a Nashville-based collective of musicians known for blending ambient “space music,” alternative, and acoustic storytelling. The core project revolves around a rotating group of collaborators, most notably featuring live space music pioneer Tony Gerber, acclaimed guitarist Phil Keaggy, Shannon Hayden, and Kyle Jones.
Move Over Pain by Paris DeLane (2014)
Move Over Pain, Here Comes the Rain is a soulful, blues-infused track released by late American vocalist Paris Delane alongside his project, Paris Delane & His Funky Garage Band. Delane, widely recognized for his work as a founding member and co-lead vocalist of the 1990s soul-rock group Sonia Dada, was legendary for possessing an incredibly deep, building-rattling bass-baritone voice.
